On May 9th, 2011, a group of University student led by Kunal Kotak embarked on a four-week volunteer project at Widhya Asih Orphanage 2 in Blimbingsari. They travelled with Canadian charitable organization, Developing World Connections, which sends volunteers to numerous countries around the world to help those in need. Money raised went directly to the infrastucture project for brick wall construction at our facility. They also did some activities with the children and donated soccer ball and football, wooden cars and packages of pencils/ crayon to our children of our orphanage.
