Visit to Japan and Singapore 2009

June 20th to July 1st, 2009, was very special moment for the twenty children and five staff of Widhya Asih. They were invited to go to Japan to perform Balinese Dance and Gamelan for the 125th Anniversary of St. Andrew University. The children visited school and many beautiful places as well as to experience and learn about Japanese culture.

Besides, last October 2-10, Widhya Asih acted as Art and Cultural ambassador to perform Balinese dance at United World Collage of South East Asia (UWCSEA), Singapore. In which usually sends the group of children with their parents to visit Orphanage in Blimbingsari. Widhya Asih’s team consists of twenty five people that are nineteen children and six staffs.
